Prevented and resolved all legal issues arising in North America from 50 airport branches of $350 million aviation services company. Directed all mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures (including due diligence). Served as Corporate Secretary for 12 U.S. and Canadian companies and officer in charge of environmental compliance. Litigation management of outside counsel on active caseload of over 80 lawsuits. Drafted and negotiated numerous comprehensive service, license, indemnification, consulting, leasing, construction and confidentiality agreements.
