Responsible for all human resources and payroll functions for this meat manufacturing company with approximately 220 employees in 3 shifts. Supervision and training of 1 human resources employee. Provide counseling & guidance to management staff. Focus on training, safety, and increasing employee morale.

Process weekly payroll, enter all new hires and terminated employees in to Paycom system and edit employee missed punch in to time and attendance, add and delete employees from medical, dental and life insurance billing, Maintained regular and medical personnel files. Run various reports for different departments. Keep track of all employees’ vacation and sick time. In charge of give all employees security access to the building. Update Igoe and principal website when we have a termination or new hires, responsible for sending weekly 401(K) payment, assist HR Manager with employee issues, answer verification of employment letters, help to organize company events.

Maintained personnel files, data input in PEOPLE TRACK, e-time and ADP system, processed a bi-weekly payroll, conducted new hire orientation, maintained all issues related to new hire and terminated personnel, handled all employee verifications, set-up interviews for managers and supervisors for all non-exempt positions, organized company meetings’ and holiday parties.

Data Entry, distributed bulk orders to all stores, sent out checks for contractors, ran production reports and distributed them to various departments, assisted in creating the new catalogs for the new season.

Maintained personnel files, data input in the HRIS system, sent out COBRA notifications to employees, added and deleted employees from medical, dental and life insurance billing, processed a bi-weekly payroll, maintained time and attendance system, assisted management and employees with translations, organized meetings and employee morale programs, assisted accounts payable department with matching invoices, data entry and filing.
