About Dinorah Valdés

My professional purpose is to design people and cultural projects, processes, and policies that empower companies to create a better place to work for their teams through the effective communication and embodiment of their philosophy, facilitated by the use of specialized technological products and leveraging data obtained through organizational diagnostics, employee engagement tests, Trust Index©, and other relevant resources.My journey began in 2014 as an intern in Organizational Communication. After graduating, I took on the leadership of the Marketing team. During this time, I was responsible for creating and implementing brand positioning strategies, establishing strategic partnerships, managing the Experience Center, and managing internal communication strategies.Approximately a year and a half later, I transitioned to the Human Resources team, specializing in Organizational Culture. Here, I designed a comprehensive diagnosis plan to gather insights about our organizational culture, which laid the foundation for the creation of cultural projects, processes, and policies.Additionally, I had the privilege of leading four committees, where we executed impactful projects. At PROA, we launched "PROA Inspires" focusing on communication, followed by "This is my PROA" centered on culture. At TCA Software Solutions, our third project was "Moving Forward," concentrating on change management, and the last project revolved around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).I am driven by a passion for tackling challenges, continuously expanding my knowledge, and fostering the growth of both myself and my team.
