Provide problem-solving services using a ticketing system.Monitor the performance of computer systems and network using commercial Network and System monitoring tools - Opmanager, Netflow, Syslog, PRTG, Riverbed.Install and keep up-to-date computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and software applications.Maintain and keep up-to-date inhouse servers and its services (windows).Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), WiFi network and peripheral equipment.Familiar with Backup Technologies (Windows Backup) and basic shell scripting.Monitor inbound and outbound traffic using firewalls (Checkpoint, FortiGate) to ensure Network and System security.
