Gain experience with a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment. 4 years experience in the Data Centre industry. Always align with the company vision and mission to achieve company goals. Strong team player with a positive attitude.I have four years of hands-on experience working at Sri Lanka Telecom Data Center. There, I have worked in a mission-critical environment on a 24*7 roster. My main duty is to monitor and maintain the Active and Passive devices in the entire Data Center. Furthermore, I am responsible for the new service provision and removal aligned with Data Center policy. I also manage the critical facility's customer visits and periodic maintenance without any business interruption. Not only in the Data Center industry, but I also gained experience in large-scale enterprise network and system administration. There I was much comfortable with numerous vendor devices (Firewall, Switch, Routers, Servers and Workstations, IP Phone, Printers and other End devices) and its services (Widows and Linux OS, IP, Switching, Routing, ILL, VoIP, VPN, FTP, Web, Mail, Active Directory, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, O-365, VM ware, Hyper – V and Remote Access). Further to that, I like to keep myself up to date with self-learning and experimenting with the latest frameworks
