In my role, I oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the region, collaborating with provincial and corporate office Accountants to collect periodic financial statements and facilitate the consolidation of accounts. I also diligently monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with IFRS and established procedures within the organization. In addition, I am responsible for supervising overall budget activities and cash management for the region. Introducing circulars, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to financial activities, I maintain internal controls to ensure the smooth operation of business activities. Implementing technical and professional upgrading activities for subordinates, I oversee training and professional development. Furthermore, I ensure the annual stock verification of all stores in the region is conducted according to established procedures and provide general administration for staff attached to the corporate office.
