About Diny Van Der Horst

Ik coach sinds 2011 mijn cliënten naar een gezonder gewicht met een passende leefstijl.Mijn jarenlange ervaring in het bedrijfsleven komt daarbij heel goed van pas. Ook daar was ik altijd op zoek naar verbetering, maar dan in de bedrijfsvoering. Altijd was ik in overleg met medewerkers, klanten en directie/management: wat drijft een ieder om te doen wat je doet? Hoe kunnen we dat nog leuker en beter maken?Ik ben namelijk ongelooflijk geïnteresseerd in het gedrag van mensen.Nu is dat toegespitst op eet- en leefgedrag. Waarom eet je, als je eigenlijk niet wilt eten? Beweeg je en wat doe je dan? En hoeveel? Hoe zit je slaappatroon in elkaar? Heb je last van stress en/of spanning? Wat is jouw drive om iets wel/niet te doen? Daar wil ik bij én met jou ook graag naar zoeken, om zo het hele plaatje compleet te krijgen. En dan samen met jou kijken hoe we stap voor stap je gedrag en gewoontes kunnen veranderen.
