I am Diogines Augusto, CTO of WeeFindPro, a home service platform that connects immigrant professionals in the United States with local clients, facilitating the offering of services and boosting their careers. I currently lead the development team, planning and implementing technological solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners.In addition, I am a Technical Leader currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at Jala University. My passion for technology began in childhood, leading me to explore various areas within this field. I am communicative, which has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the technological ecosystem, making me a conscious leader capable of understanding the entire development flow.I have a solid foundation in various programming languages, with a primary focus on TypeScript, but I also have experience in projects with Java, C#, PHP, and Python. I work both in leading technical teams and in Front-end, Back-end, and mobile development with React Native, in addition to creating CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud solutions, especially in AWS.Additionally, I have experience in agile methodologies and team management through tools like Jira and GitHub. One of my strongest traits is flexibility: I quickly adapt to new situations and environments, making me a valuable asset to any team. I am highly collaborative and work well with others to achieve common goals.
