I have been invited to be a key part of a technology project in the sustainability sector of the textile industry. In addition to my role as a project manager, I also serve as back-end developer. The core of this project is the development of a fully customizable ReCommerce web application that also offers the main features of a Content Management System (CMS) for fashion brands.Key responsibilities:- Demonstrating strong expertise in Node.js for the development of an internal API based on a microservices architecture using Docker Compose;- Engaging in full-stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript, including seamless integrations with external APIs (SOAP, REST and GraphQL);- Architecting and designing a relational database (SQL);- Deploying on Azure with Azure DevOps pipelines;- Managing the development backlog of a team of 5 developers (both back-end and front-end);- Implementing and ensuring that the team adheres to the SCRUM methodology;- Taking a proactive role in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure successful project delivery.This role has provided me with a unique opportunity to combine technical and managerial skills in a project that contributes to sustainability in the textile industry.

I had primary responsibilities for the .NET development of the hospital's internal management system. This included integration with external APIs from healthcare-related entities, utilizing both SOAP and REST protocols. Given the substantial database and sensitive data involved in this application, I also developed strong skills in SQL and database administration.Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in implementing the SCRUM methodology within the team, ensuring that all team members adhered to the development processes.

I was assigned to a public sector client in the healthcare industry. After a brief role in second-line technical support for billing, I developed proficiency in PL/SQL, which led to my integration into the development team. Subsequently, my responsibilities shifted to PL/SQL development, which included migrating the internal software from version 1 (Oracle 7) to version 2 on Oracle 11g R2, as well as Oracle Forms & Reports development.As a team, we successfully achieved our set objectives and implemented the version 2 of our Integrated Hospital Information System in three prominent portuguese public hospitals ahead of schedule.

I was involved in a web application project focused on managing members of an organization. In this role, I worked as a Full-Stack Web Developer, responsible for both the front-end and back-end development of the web application. I primarily utilized HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP for development and integrated external APIs to enhance the functionality and user experience.
