The best way to work is when I am able to make a positive impact on people. I am a personal trainer with almost 4 years of experience, fascinated by physical exercise and I feel privileged to help and create solutions to improve the population's health. I love working with populations with pathologies(physical problems, cancer and chronic problems) and improving their health standards. I have also invested in the last year of my career in working with high performance athletes in football and runners. My biggest motivation is to change lives and ways of thinking through physical exercise.
