I started my own company with two other partners. An extreme sports travel company specialized in water sports.Beacause it was a small company, we took care of almost all demands that a small business requires.

My job consisted on helping the costumers choose the right plan, negotiate new contracts as well as repair equipment and banking.

I began working in The Phone House as a Sales Consultant where sales and branch layout were the top priorities. Later on my tasks were assisting the Branch Manager with banking, stock management along with sales and branch layout.As a result of my effort and good work is was promoted Branch Manager and a few years later I was managing one of the top three branches in Portugal.As Branch Manager, my role involved team leadership, stock management and inventory, branch layout, banking, technical assistance on mobile phones, laptops and mobile internet access.My work was very important in the major increase of sales in every products and services, such as laptops, Lifeline Insurances, consumer and business contracts.As a trainer, I was in charge to create and administrate workshops for new colleagues on how to use the company software (PIE).

At Optimus, my focus was in services and contracts, but mobile phone sales were also very important.Banking and sales report were also other tasks of my responsibility.

Voxtel was a small family company. A multi operator and multi brand mobile retailer where I worked as a Sales Consultant.Besides selling, I also took care of banking and branch layout.Later on, this company was bought by Torrescel Group where i moved to their Authorized Optimus branch in Lisbon.

My job involved direct sale to companies, offering the most suitable contracts and the best mobile phones deals.Reunions with companies Directors were a very important issue because there were contract plans and mobile phones budgets to discuss.

My debut in the telecom world. Ensitel was the leading mobile phone retailer in Portugal at the time. I’ve worked as Sales Consultant where I gained the first real contact with the telecom business.My selling expertise made me one of the top sellers in the company.
