I asked for a transfer to Costa Coffee, with a view to improving my life, as going to the airport took 3 hours, and at this one only 1. Here I continued to improve my techniques for serving the public, I developed several techniques as a barista. I learned to make the most diverse combinations of drinks and to prepare drinks with latte art.

It was my first job, I joined the company to work at Burger King at Sá Carneiro airport. I started as part-time, after a few months I became full-time and after 2 years I was promoted to trainer, a position I held for a year until I asked for a transfer to Costa Coffee, which was located next to Torre dos Clérigos.

I started working part-time working only in customer service, after seven months I became full-time and over time I went through the various sections, standing out in customer service, sales and in the fried area, where I had the best times. Two years later I was promoted to trainer. Over the three years I spent at this establishment, my team was always breaking sales records and we always managed to achieve our goals. In addition, we almost always competed for the post with the most revenue.
