SALES MANAGEMENT HUB 𝑨𝑹𝑪𝑯𝑰𝑻𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑮 & 𝑫𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑳𝑶𝑷𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻 FOR LEADING ECOMMERCE IN BRAZIL---I was hired as a contractor by the fastest growing music gear eCommerce in Brazil to create a Pricing, Promotions & Market Intelligence application that integrates their Enterprise Resources Planning software (ERP) and their main sales channels - their eCommerce platform & Mercado Libre (largest marketplace in Latin America) to create an automated dynamic pricing and promotions platform.We started out by collected business requirements and mapping process and data structures in the clients financial, operations, sales and promotions process.The project demanded 𝒉𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒉𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 and ease of 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈. For that, I leveraged the 𝑵𝒆𝒔𝒕.𝒋𝒔 framework building a 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒐 with seven microservices.Each service was 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒅 and deployed in EC2 using the 𝑫𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒓 𝑵𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌.The application contains a series of external integrations and supports multi-tennant scenarios. A 𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑻𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝐀𝐏𝐈 was build, as well as a series of realtime worflows and routines to support the business requirements.Worked with Nest.js, 𝐷𝑜𝑐𝑘𝑒𝑟, 𝑁𝑜𝑑𝑒, 𝑇𝑦𝑝𝑒𝑠𝑐𝑟𝑖𝑝𝑡, 𝐸𝑥𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠, 𝑀𝑜𝑛𝑔𝑜𝐷𝑏, TCP service -to-service communication, 𝑨𝑾𝑺 𝑺𝑸𝑺 , and 𝑨𝑾𝑺 𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒅𝒂.Implemented UI using 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭.𝐣𝐬 (App Router) leveraging Material UI (MUI) component library.Integrated two 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 via REST APIs authenticating with 𝐎𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡 2.0.Provisioned, deployed and maintained 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐖𝐒, using Elastic 𝐊𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬 Services (EKS), and 𝐄𝐂2.Implemented a suite of 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐭.Leveraged SQS and Lambda to deal with infrequent but high volume of network and I/O operations, whilst 𝑡ℎ𝑒 lower 𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒆 operations are running on EC2 instances.
