Hello, I’m Dion! I’ve worked in several industries over the years in front facing and over the phone customer service, the most recent of which would be at Consumers Energy where I’ve worked since 2010. In my current day to day role, I handle scheduling field work, logistics and resource management for the largest service territory in the company, I’m proficient with many office related programs (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SAP, Dispatch Service Suite and more).My other passion is working with my hands and fixing things so I enrolled into Northwestern Technical Institute with the goal of becoming an HVAC technician. I’m maintaining a 3.7 GPA and have achieved several certifications so far (EPA 608 Universal, 609, R410A). I’m seeking an opportunity to get hands on experience in the field!
