Our summer camp offers a Counselor in Training (CIT) or Junior Counselor (JC) program for teenagers who are ready to take on more responsibility. CITs are typically 13-14 years old, while JCs are typically 15-17 years old. The program provides participants with training and experience in all aspects of camp counseling, including leading activities, supervising campers, and resolving conflicts. More than half of our current camp counselors have been through the CIT/JC program, which demonstrates the value of this program in preparing young people for careers in the camp industry.

-Lead and deliver sports programming for children ages 3-17.-Create a safe and positive learning environment.-Assess camper progress and make adjustments to lesson plans as needed.-Plan and coordinate special camp-wide events.-Ensure that all events are safe and run smoothly.-Oversee the inventory and maintenance of sports equipment.
