Drives TFN’s organizational and operational initiatives and systems and provides oversight and direction to its funder working groups, grant and fellowship programs.

Dion directs the PLACES Fellowship. PLACES is a year-long fellowship program that offers tools, knowledge, and best practices to enhance funder grantmaking decisions in ways that are responsive to the needs and assets of low-income neighborhoods and communities of color. She leads TFN's work to engage and support nearly 180 alumni in the field of philanthropy. Dion provides leadership for additional initiatives that advance TFN's commitment to addressing race, inequity, and structural racism and builds relationships with colleague organizations that will help increase TFN's impact both inside and outside of philanthropy.

Member of the Board of Advisors. Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), a project of Tides, is a national network of changemakers who strive for excellence and equity in the practice of philanthropy. EPIP's mission is to empower emerging leaders and elevate philanthropic practice in order to build a more just, equitable and sustainable world.
