I am currently doing locum General Counsel and Company secretariat work for short to medium term engagements. I am an experienced, energetic, pragmatic and commercially focussed legal counsel and company secretary. I bring a deep understanding of the strategic drivers of any organisation as well as its operational requirements. I understand how great people, relationships and teams underpin the delivery of quality, successful and sustainable performance. I am always willing to keep learning and developing. My focus has been on in house legal work in financial services, corporate and not-for-profit sectors also covering a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory, compliance, risk, dispute resolution, governance, intellectual property and general management issues. I have a deep interest in the rapidly evolving legal profession and applying my experience and industry knowledge to support others in the sector.
