Making sure the derreck rigs working ships in Triangle bouys had no delay during barge swaps. Insuring that boats making barge drops and pick up were being assisted in a timely manner.

Managed an 8 man deckcrew, build north bound tows for linehaul boats, set up and break down of a 40 barge wash and repair dock. Over see 9 other fleet boats on shifts and barge delivery. Received all incoming phone calls nights, weekends, and holidays.(dispatcher) Managed a training class for new hire deckhands. Posted new pilots in the wheelhouse. Operated a cranebarge in fleet when needed. Assisted the personal manager and or dispatchers in the office when needed.
