Delivering exceptional resident care as a waking night to assist children who lived within The Beech House home. This home specialized in working with children who had mental and behavioral health issues. The highest level of care was executed for the children who inhabited the home in regard to the maintenance of their mental, behavioral & personal health issues. This required confidentiality, consistency, and the ability to build personal bonds with the children to ensure safety was consistent. The ability to deal with adversity, and challenges and be adaptable was important to maintain professionalism and duty of care for the children. My role required me to supervise the premises and be available to tend to the children if they woke. If needing required 1-to-1 assistance in the event of any unforeseen circumstances occurring I would be readily available to administer any necessary medicines or provide them reassuring support. Health & safety service standards were kept exceptionally high as the dual maintenance of keeping watch of the Children during sleeping hours and securing the premises was conducted nightly for both potential hazards and safety precautions. The smooth running of administrative logs and events was also governed by myself before ensuring the transition of important documents from paper to secure online programs in compliance with government regulations.
