One of my roles as a Service Manager is to direct other crew members to run the store efficiently by being able to divide up duties and enforce them. My role is also responsible for knowing how to prep all beverages, stocking merchandise for the next business day, and operating all machines that the store uses. As well as cash handling,providing fast and friendly customer service, utilizing the POS, completing sales transactions, barista functions, and merchandising.

As a Team Leader I was the individual in charge of consistently reinforcing and carrying out the mission of Juice Press to Team members and Guests alike. I was expected to have a sense of Ownership of the business during their shifts, and Leadership amongst my Team members particularly in the absence of the Store Manager. I was also required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of their store while creating a World Class Experience for each and every guest.

As a sales associate In Modells my role was to work with my team to achieve overall success of the store. Every day we would actively participate in meetings to strategize on reaching the stores goal for the day, also to gain information on upcoming promotions and projects. Some of my duties as a sales associate were to engage customers and ensure that they leave content and with a purchased item in hand. I informed customers on sales in all departments of the store, as well as assisted them on their purchases. I was trained in every department, and did every task possible at my position; from Truck unloader, managed the sales floor, assisted on register and worked directly with each department managers.
