Assistant Manager Human Resources
Current- Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and benefits, contracts, training and development, talent management.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR (Head office) based in Canada to ensure all HR programs are running smoothly
- To assist on Information Security Control Policy, specifically on the HR scope
- Manage to protect and maintain Employee Personal Information within the HR system
- Create engagement programs for a fiscal year and monitor the activity runs according to the schedule
- Providing SOP for HR working activities
