The primary role of the Delivery Performance Lead, Energy & Utilities is to support the implementation of the 5 Pillars of Performance throughout the Energy & Utilities Business Unit (BU). This role is crucial in assisting projects to achieve their tendered margins and in helping the BU and Downer to reach their financial and operational goals. The Delivery Performance Lead is responsible for continually assessing the effectiveness of the 5 Pillars of Performance and the initiatives that underpin each pillar. This involves refining and updating these initiatives as needed, including the introduction of new initiatives to suit the evolving needs of the business unit.The role involves a blend of traditional governance activities and utilises the Human Operational Performance tools and strategies to enable optimal results in both our people and bottom line.
