1.Contact with buyer on samples or bulks; 2.Analysis fabric, accessories, pattern, measurement, technology…and so on, establish complete order planning, to make sure samples be proceed smoothly, and be delivered on time.3.Get comments from buyer, do revise accordingly, prepare L/D, swatches, and fit sample or pp sample to buyer, confirm exact price & follow the order's placing.4.Sort out materials informations of bulks and arrange the preparation.5.Make clear and feasible production schedule. Check production schedule at each stage to see current situation. Book the 3rd party QC for inspection, make some brief reports and bring corrective actions if needed. Also check the implementations of these corrective actions be undertaken. 6.Some other necessary communicate between buyer and workshop to solve accident problems effectively.7.Make Shipment’s planning and prepare packing list and other export information to customs declaration department.
