Dion commenced working for the Salvation in 1994 inthe Moscow office. His responsibilities has him oversight the day to day running of the Finance office including the cash office, but also developed an accounting system structure for reporting accurate financial information. Implemented local reporting structure and developed a budgeting system across ex-soviet republics during periods of hyper inflation.
