PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Oversee the execution and completion of home renovation projects (80+ units & counting)- Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors- Supervise installations, orders, and deliveries- Provide site photography (ready to market)- Creative input for the design of units (wall designs, fixtures, and soft touches/decorative items)DIGITAL CHANNELS MANAGEMENT- Strategize, plan, and implement social media strategy for all channels (Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok)- Pre-filter messages on all platforms and funnel leads to the team

• Manages the post production and visual effects team.• Produces project documentation as required; attend project meetings, obtain and record information and daily project data.• Schedule Management: Master & Team Schedule.• Arrange in-house work : brief teams, answer queries, progress chase.• Check quality of all received production elements from both internal and external sources (graphics, audio, photos, illustrations, video, shots, clips, sequence, designs and etc.)• Check completed work for accuracy; obtain sign-off from Supervising Producer and/or Producer/Executive Producer.• Store and retrieve assets – ensure files are correctly named; place files in correct location; update and move files as necessary; direct users (project team) to appropriate material or files.• Liaise with clients and external teams, ensuring materials are complete and able to progress smoothly.• Bridge communication between internal team and client by assisting in technical questions or any queries from either side.
