I am embarking on an aggressive expansion project doing the Small House Design Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility patterned after the www.TheGreenHouseProject.com. This is a 16 beds per unit all Private rooms.The Lago Vista project is dead in the water. Owner decided not to build it after I got the Certificate of Need (CON). Anyone interested in CON for a 64 bed Northwest of Austin, Texas, please let me know. I was supposed to be the Operator/Management Company here.The El Paso Small House design project got its approval February 2017. Design of the building is being done now. The Mountain Villa ll project will be built on top of a hill overlooking the city. First floor is a Rehab Unit with 32 beds (2 units) and the 2nd Floor will have 4 units or 64 beds. The 3rd floor will house a Hydroponic green house garden and a Vegetarian Restaurant. Imagine the city view at night? It would be spectacular. The only one in kind in this region and hope to duplicate it in two more cities in Texas. Concept design will be patterned after www.verticrop.com. New Entry: I came back as the Facility Administrator Sept. 11, 2014 after an absence of several years. My son Donovan is gone to Loma Linda University to pursue Master of Business Administration. So I am baaaack.Old Entry: A skilled nursing facility located in El Paso, Texas. My son Donovan just passed his Texas Nursing Home Licensure Board Exam, and has taken the leadership role of managing the skilled nursing facility. I am definitely out of a job but is enjoying the little reprieve until the development and construction of our new facility in East El Paso. Or I may have to find Interim-Traveling positions so my wife and I can travel.
