This 24 month curriculum provides knowledge in the technical, theoretical, and operational aspects of interdisciplinary Information Operations (IO) as they relate to joint mission objectives in modern warfare. Served as Training Officer, Marine Liaison Officer, and as Officer in Charge, when required, for the joint Navy and Marine Corps Air Traffic Control (ATC) Schoolhouse. Provided oversight, reviewed, and restructured forty of the ATC course curriculums in support of an average 2,200 Marine and Navy students annually. Coordinated with Headquarters Marine Corps in providing two ATC instructors to Ghana, Africa to provide Ghanaian Officers training in Expeditionary ATC operations capabilities. Managed a staff of 104 Sailors, 66 Marines, five government employees, and 50 contract support employees. Supervised and directed the integration of the Marine ATC Officers’ course with existing course curriculum in an effort to increase efficient use of training personnel and equipment.
