Surveillance Supervisor
Responsible for providing effective corporate security to a confidential data center alongside qualified armed and unarmed security officers, completing desk investigations and surveilling most trafficked areas of premises; conducting proactive audits and creating reports for upper management to better understand client needs.Creating and identifying an environment where clients and their safety is a number one priority, be accountable for developing relationships between the client and outside vendors to ensure their needs are met. Evaluate reports and implement systems related to the trends within the site, identify possible issues and create proactive action plans. Enhance methods of security to protect company assets, streamline communication efforts between external guests and clients; support client account managers by providing security risk papers and reports. Manage a team of 20 employees by providing effective leadership and guidance, ensure clients are aware of our on-site team and address any possible concerns.
