I am a multifaceted entrepreneur, pulling on my diverse training and experiences to serve clients within both the retail and communications spheres. I’m also a Community Relations professional with over 14 years of experience in cross-industry roles, with expertise in project management, strategic communication, facilitating volunteer experiences, fundraising, and managing nonprofit partnerships. My experience has proven my ability to lead initiatives that align with business objectives and philanthropic goals. As a fashion consultant, I have the opportunity to join my love of style with my desire to empower women. It's never just about the clothes, but about helping women find their voice and the confidence to achieve new heights, personally and professionally. My tenure as a writer and editor spans more than a decade, and I am passionate about using my voice to speak on behalf of those who are finding their own. My inaugural book of poetry, Bed of Roses: Thorns Included (2021), provides validation and encouragement to women who have silently struggled within the difficulties of their relationships. Director Of Community OutreachOne Church Oct 2016 - PresentInitiated partnership with Franklin County Children Services to address foster teens' need for $25 gift cards during Christmas. Developed a strategic plan and mobilized a campaign that raised more than $55,000 in 4 weeks, providing every foster teen in the county with three gift cards in 2019. From 2020 to 2023, expanded this initiative statewide, ensuring 4,000+ Ohio foster teens annually received multiple gift cards for Christmas, surpassing $1.1 million total raised and distributed. For Christmas 2024, I have curated the inaugural Foster Hope Resource Fest, a program connecting teens and young adults with vital post-care resources supported by COSI, iHeart Radio, and more. In partnership with the Tim Tebow Foundation for five consecutive years, I implemented and led Night to Shine, a prom for individuals with special needs. This undertaking requires coordination of over 400 volunteers, forging and managing relationships with dozens of community partners, and hosting 700-plus guests and their caretakers to create an unforgettable experience.I served as a contributing member of the communications committee for One Church’s Next is Now campaign, a capital development effort with a 2026 goal of $12.6M. Through strategic digital, visual and print communication efforts, the campaign garnered nearly $7M in pledges, three months into a three year campaign. My leadership extends to the successful planning and implementation of several service projects, including the mobilization of more than 50 volunteers to build playhouses through Habitat for Humanity, as well as hundreds being served at Stowe Mission and Compassions Way. -
