My focus is amplifying network-wide impact by spearheading the implementation and evaluation of current and new initiatives that advance the YWCA's benefits of membership. Operating at the intersection of strategy and impact, my department partners with network leaders to understand programmatic needs, address community challenges, and scale successful programs and initiatives across local associations.
