Alpine Action was originally founded in 1993 because of a passion for skiing and being in The Three Valleys and is still run, day to day by those same people.Dionne joined Alpine Action in 1994 as a chalet girl, she loved it so much, that she's never left. For the next eight winter seasons, Dionne worked in the resort during the winter, and in the UK office during the summer months. In those years she has been chalet host, cook, cleaner, driver, resort representative and the Resort Manager. There's not much she doesn't know about our chalets, the resort or the Alpine Action holiday experience. She is passionate about Alpine Action, Meribel and skiing. Dionne runs the UK all year round. During the winter she enjoys skiing and in the summer walking and biking in the Three Valleys with her family.Please feel free to ask her advice on any aspect of your holiday for an accurate and honest answer, from beginner skiers to skiing with children, where best to ski or where to have a hot chocolate or glass of Rose. She will pick up the phone for you and answer all your questions. Favourite Run: There are quite a few runs that I like. But I do love to ski from the top of Saulire all the way down to Meribel La Chaudanne or Village without stopping! A few others off the top of my head; Jerusalem, Suisses Mur, Ariondaz, Faon, M and all in Moriond (Courchevel 1650)Favourite Chalet: Meribel - Chalet Azalee A great location, with large and spacious bedrooms, all rooms have a bath and I always prefer this, while skiing. There is also plenty of storage. It is a short walk to the chairlift in the morning. The town centre is a lovely downhill walk of around 8 minutes
