About Dionne Holder
I am no stranger to bold or large leaps.Currently based in San Francisco after being in Beijing, China for more than two decades. Moving from Barbados to China as a young adult equipped with a one way ticket enabled me to succeed at whatever I put my mind to. With no knowledge of the language or a network or a career; I managed to master and excel at these all in the 20 plus years I lived in China. I am an experienced event and branding professional with more than 15 years experience in the Events and Experiential Industry in China. I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese and was the first and (up to now), the only Black woman to manage an international Brand Experience Agency in China. The time spent in China has given me a unique insight on working and communicating here enabling me to use my creativity and dynamic personality to efficiently use my skills to not only manage events but also provide a solution based service that ensures respect is won from clients and colleagues alike. Integrity, passion and my team is what drives me to perform better.Success for me is not measured by our financial performance but equally important is the level of quality of our team's performance and their overall satisfaction.

In addition to managing the China operations consisting of 3 offices and up to 100 full staff, I also work closely with other office across the globe on various internal projects and client communications.
