I used to solve murders for a living. And stop dealers selling drugs on the streets of Birmingham.After 22 years in the police force, I decided to take on a new challenge and started my own business in 2015 - without any prior experience in business or sales. It turns out, entrepreneurship is a bit of a minefield, full of daunting challenges and mind-boggling lessons! Over the next few years, I threw myself into the world of lead generation, sales, marketing, and personal development.
