I was employed with Arrow Electric Co, Inc since graduating from Bellarmine University. I was responsible for coordinating the payroll for a midsized electrical firm. Included in my responsibilities are: gathering all time from 150-200 employees, inputting hours and classifications, processing, completing all necessary payroll forms, doing certified payrolls, verifying classifications, pay rates and daily worked hours for each one of the company's jobs. In addition to payroll, I organize and pay the long term, short term, life and accidental insurance each month. I am involved on a daily basis with our company's retirement plan. I am responsible for 401k and Davis Bacon contributions and making sure to keep up communications with our retirement plan.Specialties: The accounting system used at Arrow Electric is Foundation. I Very efficient in report design, check management, payroll, job cost and service dispatch.
