Billing Specials is part of the Shared Service Center Billing at KPN. As a manager I am responsible for a team of 12 billing and masterdata specialists. Furthermore, the department Billing Specials is responsible for the Roaming administration (and billing) of KPN.

Within the Risk Management team of KPN Consumer Residential I was responsible for the Compliance section. In this function I reported on a quarterly basis to the management about Compliance issues, progress and developments in the business.

In order to graduate for my Master's degree I conducted an exploratory research to find factors that could influence the level of integrity of entrepreneurs. In the Dutch Banking sector the Credit Navigator - an online tool introduced by the Ministry of Economic Affairs - is developed to make the attraction of credit for SME’s more convenient. I researched in which extent integrity can be measured by different factors in an online tool in a manner that banks face the lowest risk when providing credit to entrepreneurs.

In order to graduate for my Master's degree in Business Law I conducted a qualitative research concentrated on the possibility of cross-border demergers.
