Dion Ridley is an Engineering Manager at Netflix, an investor, advisor, and a proponent of diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. In his role at Netflix, Dion spearheads the engineering teams tasked with constructing the platform, software, and tools that empower Netflix Studio to discover, hire, onboard, and efficiently manage top-tier vendors and world-class talent. His teams also devise planning and resourcing workflows crucial to the production and delivery of premium quality content at scale.Prior to Netflix, Dion held the position of Director of Engineering at Frame.io, where he was instrumental in creating software solutions for filmmakers and content creators, enabling seamless online collaboration during the production process. Before his tenure at Frame.io, Dion was the Director of Engineering at Harry's, a global multi-channel grooming brand. At Harry's, he launched their Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and co-led Harry’s DNA, an ERG for people of color.Dion's commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond his corporate roles.
