Mijn werkAls Buurtteammedewerker bij het Buurtteam in Amsterdam West ondersteun ik Amsterdammers met een breed scala aan zorg- en hulpvragen. Binnen deze functie ben ik aandacht functionaris huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling, en werk ik nauw samen met verschillende netwerkpartners om de veiligheid en het welzijn van cliënten te waarborgen.Daarbij geef ik samen met de Blijfgroep de weerbaarheidstraining STERK aan vrouwen die te maken hebben (gehad) met grensoverschrijdend gedrag, waarbij ik hen ondersteun in het versterken van hun zelfvertrouwen en weerbaarheid.In mijn eerdere werk als ambulant begeleider richtte ik mij op de begeleiding van gehandicapte jongeren met bijkomende problematiek, zoals autisme. Ik ondersteunde hen bij hun dagelijkse routines en persoonlijke verzorging, waarbij ik nauw samenwerkte met familie om hun kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren en het gezin te ontlasten.Bij het Centrum voor Parodontologie en Implantologie was ik verantwoordelijk voor de planning en coördinatie van afspraken en behandelplannen. Daarnaast was ik het aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en collega's en ondersteunde ik bij administratieve taken, zoals debiteurenbeheer en het inwerken van nieuwe teamleden.Mijn krachtIk lever graag een bijdrage aan uitstekende serviceverlening zowel intern als extern. Met mijn enthousiasme benader ik werkzaamheden op een juiste manier zonder daarin mijn eigen creativiteit, inbreng en originaliteit te verliezen. Ik werk accuraat, consistent en heb oog voor detail.Mijn KennisMet een brede achtergrond in twee complementaire opleidingen kijk ik graag verder dan de oppervlakte. Ik ben oprecht geïnteresseerd in het grotere geheel en vraag me altijd af: "Wat kan ik toevoegen en wat kan ik nog meer doen?" Nieuwe en/of innovatieve ideeën geven mij energie en maken het verschil.Over mijzelfMijn naam is Diony en ik ben een rustige, bezige bij die creatief is in denken en oplossen. Een warme persoonlijkheid die gemakkelijk contact maakt en graag servicegericht werkt.Mijn achtergrond is 'Kunst & Vormgeving' met daarbij 'Eventmanagement & Styling'. Hier heb ik vooral geleerd om 'out of the box' te denken. Mijn opleiding was tot het laatste jaar volledig handwerk waarna mijn professionele loopbaan volgde in de digitale wereld.
