• Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Host Responsibility measures according to company's regulation standards.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service by promptly handling flight booking, hotel booking, restaurant reservation, and leisure activity planning requests, ensuring customer's.
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating reservation systems, travel platforms, and databases to efficiently manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications. E.g. Opera Reservation System.
• Liaise with hotels, restaurants, and leisure activity providers to negotiate and secure the best deals and exclusive offerings for customers, while maintaining strong partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and actively listening to their inquiries, needs, and feedback.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, aiming to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding processes, utilising open-source intelligence tools such as Google searches to gather information about customers and identify any potential adverse findings or risks.
• Utilise third-party adverse checkers, such as Jade Third Eye and Dow Jones Risk Centre, to conduct comprehensive background checks on customers, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and.
• Review and analyse customer data and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity, adhering to company policies and AML compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Financial Crime and AML, to escalate and address any red flags or adverse findings during the KYC onboarding process.
• Utilising Everi Central Credit while also collaborate with other casinos to conduct credit checks on customers.
