He has 20 years experience working in a central bank setting (Central Bank of the Philippines) as a senior external debt specialist/economist. Specializations: direct/portfolio investments, foreign exchange transactions, and project/infrastructure finance and financial modelling. During his tenure with the central bank, he participated in various national and international conferences in finance and economics sponsored by the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and other multilateral institutions. While working in the Central Bank, also worked as an Associate Professorial Lecturer in the Graduate School of Business and College of Accountancy and Business Administration of De La Salle University and as Special Lecturer at Letran College where he shared his expertise by teaching business, management, economics and finance courses. On various occasions, he had been invited as resource/guest speaker at various business and economic seminars/workshops in educational and professional institutions.Certified Financial Education Instructor.
