Review the Commercial comparison sheet and supporting technical data sheets, catalogs and other related technical information to ensure all quotations are technically relevant to the specification of the project. Participate in final negotiation with the vendors. Regular activities related to new vendor development region wise and review the existing vendors, payment terms modification.

Study the indent material details, i.e. technical specification, quantity etc. Arrange to float enquiry, Prepare & Study the comparison sheet with offers, Negotiate with the suppliers regarding mode of payment and others terms & conditions, delivery schedule, Communicate with the Accounts Dept. regularly, Issuing Purchase Order, arrange the Way-Bill, from ‘C’etc, follow up the process until material receiving at works & accepting the MRN. The whole process is done through ERP System.
