I believe to make a business a success, the employees need to be understood, treated where the line of communication should be kept open. This belief has taken me a long way professionally. After working without any pauses or breaks after completing my undergraduate degree, I have decided to take complete my post-graduate degree in Employment Relations. Knowledge knows no end and after the pandemic which has impacted the world with unexpected gravity, the scenario of work styles has changed and will continue to change. The opportunity to do this degree came at the perfect time where the courses are oriented towards a world that has the pandemic in the scenario. Business and employee management, as well as strategies, have evolved at an unexpected pace and speed and the world has caught up to it. Findings say that employees need to up their technical skills and learn how to "learn" things. The transformation of jobs and work will happen by 2030 and everybody needs to be prepared for it. Being equipped with the knowledge I am gaining, I hope to both have a smooth transition into it as well as assist others to get into their respective roles with ease.

As a station manager, I was responsible for the smooth daily operation of the radio station. I managed the administrative and program aspects of the station along with the content that goes on-air. On a day-to-day basis, I supervised and coordinated the schedules, workflow, and responsibilities of various departments. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees as well as providing communication between departments and other human resource functions were also part of my responsibility.Whenever required, I also ran the console in the on-air room. And I do have a show to my credit!
