Responsible for evaluating training needs and developing learning and development courses, both internally and externally for our entire European client base on all of our Investment Banking products.2. Project managing the organisation of our Summer Training programme in which we would typically train up to 1000 new customers over the course of 3 months. I project managed the entire programme ensuring that all sessions were scheduled and organised effectively, training rooms and the IT was set up at the clients site properly, and the standard of training remained high. This involved many months of daily communication with all stakeholders to organise this project. 3. Train and mentor new joiners of the company. I assisted in project coordinating the 6 week internal training program by putting together the complex schedule of Investment Banking classes, liaising with internal departments to ensure the classes were developed in time whilst incorporating new material and the training manuals were created and printed by a deadline. I also had to work with IT to ensure new laptops were ordered and configured and the training room was set up correctly with the IT and software that would be required. This was a huge project that I had 3 months to implement.4. Excellent presentation/public speaking skills. The largest group I presented to was when I trained a class of 120 individual clients in one sitting.5. Consulting alongside senior management within the Investment Banking department to identify any performance gaps within the junior consultant pool and mentor with them to ensure that any gaps were minimised.

    1. Project managed a global trial of our software to a prospect client across 6 different regions: one of the largest investment banks, HSBC. This involved working closely with various departments internally and externally to ensure the smooth deployment, resulting in my team securing the £1.5 million contract against our main competitor and making them into a fully subscribed and paying client.2. Utilised my project management skills during a software roll-out at Royal Bank of Scotland, where we won a huge contract. There were in excess of 600 new users which we had to convert to our system within a 3 month deadline. I worked successfully under pressure to exceed expectations. This involved excellent stakeholder management to ensure all parties were kept in the loop and to ensure deliverables were met on time from the client side and ours. This ensured the smooth running of this project which was delivered within the timeframe.3. Managed large clients at some of the main investment banks, each with over 300 users of the software. Key responsibilities involved training, answering more technical queries about the software and being their key contact.4. Developing proactive strategies with the main contacts at the client site to look for new opportunities, ensuring that we continued to develop our business within the account and help them reduce costs.
