 Responsible for booking of Sale Order, Delivery & invoicing.  Checking & Posting of collection. Review GL Reconciliations and identify open items and track closure for clearing. Execute internal controls and checks as part of the process. Review critical and month end activities to ensure smooth close. Provide guidance, train, monitor effectiveness & oversee our team members. Lead in the calls and meetings with the client.

 Responsible for Checking & Posting of Validating Corporate Credit Card Entries, Petty Cash Vouchers, Employees Travelling Expenses and supplier/Vendor invoices through MIRO/JV in SAP after deducting of TDS. Posting of purchase Bills, credit note, debit note & Advance Payment of Vendors, Employee expense reconciliation, unused currency return by employee. Posting of Prepayment of Purchase order, journals, clearing of GL, Inter-company reconciliations, periodically reconciliations of Debtors and Creditors. Posting of security deposit, provisions Booking, Advance & other expenses of vendor as per General Account, Prepare RPT, Legal & Professional Expenses.  Work Closely with Other Business Units, Department, and Location etc. as per Compliance Policy, with corrective action for the Closure of same. Audit - coordinating with statutory & internal auditors with respect to above-mentioned job profile.
