* Project planning and execution- Plan, schedule and implement electrical projects from inception to completion.* Electrician and technician supervision- Manage and oversee electricians and electrical technicians to ensure accurate, safe and on-schedule task completion. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and addressing issues or concerns.* Safety compliance and risk management- Ensures all work complies with safety regulations and company policies* Documentation and record keeping- maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including blueprints, schematics, drawings, maintenance logs and inspection reports* Communication and collaboration- maintains open lines of communication with team members, clients and management to ensure that projects run smoothly, and meet expectations.
