Performing all the work under the responsibility of the position, on which mainly financial analysis, fund management, preparation of financial projection to the bank to acquire project loan, crisis management, supervising thirty five employees & appraisal of them, managing Procurement, Store, Credit control, F & B Control, Internal Audit, Final Account preparation, able to handle Project Account with detail rate analysis & Corporate Affairs. Also managing for Statutory Audit, Tax audit, Internal Audit as well as liaison with related Government Offices & Banks and Human Resource Management. Report to Chairman and Executive Director as per requirement.

Handle Corporate & Operation’s account independently. Prepared final account & faced statutory & tax audit, dealing with banks, tax office & performed as a general administrator. Conduct Annual General Meeting of the Hotel. Supervision of subordinate’s work & appraise of the same.

Developed required accounting formats for MIS. Compiled different foreign donated Project’s account: like FHI, UNHCR & Hospital Accounts. Detail audit of the accounts & recommended for necessary rectification.

Prepared financial projection to submit ADB & local lead bank, Internal Audit of Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, Capitalization & Finalization of project accounts (final settlement of project account including payment of suppliers & contractors), Prepared Final account for statutory audit, Liasoning with Government Offices (Tax, Duty & Tourism Office) and handle general administration of the Company. Management of the Fund, Designed salary pattern of the Hotel, Maintained general ledger (Trial Balance, P/L, B/S and related schedules), Comparative analysis of suppliers for rate negotiation, Imported required materials from India & abroad through L/C and dealing with banks.

Handled day to day account, Prepared yearly budget of the project, Procurement of materials required for the Project from India & abroad through L/C, Proper storing & Inventory control of the materials purchased, Liason with related Government Offices (Tourism, Tax, Company Registrar) and banks. Also performed as a General Administrator of the Project.

Audit for Government’s Ordinary & Development Budget, Audit of Principal & Interest payment, Audit of District & Village Development Committee. Visited about sixty five remote Hilly region & Terai districts of Nepal in connection of Audit.

Performed all the work related to Letter of Credit, Handle Saving & Fixed Deposit Account, Monitored dues loan & effective strategic follow up for recovery of loans.
