Business revenue generation.Key role & Responsibilities:• Service strategy: Develop and implement service strategies to meet business objectives. Business revenue generation by parts and services.• Team management: lead and manage a team of service engineer, technicians and support staff• Customer relationship: Build & maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high level of satisfaction.• Service delivery: Monitoring the delivery of service operations, including installation, maintenance and repairs.• Performance monitoring: Monitor & analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.• Technical expertise:• Overhauling and refurbishment of Woodward mechanical governors and electronic engine actuators, controllers.•Performance testing and optimization of steam turbine control systems.•Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.•Development of maintenance procedures and documentation.•On-site technical support and training for clients.• Complete overhauling and troubleshooting of Cummins all model engine & Alternator• Familiarization and troubleshooting of Cummins controller & electrical components.• Complete overhauling and troubleshooting of Idex FSG equipment’s.• Familiarization and troubleshooting of Woodward’s steam turbine & Engine governing systems.• Completed course on AutoCAD• Fluent with MS office, MS Excel, PPT making.
