I have 11 years experience in my Ashtabhujaidevi dairy farm as dairy farm manager and also very nice experience in artificial insemination for cows and buffalo's. I have achieved award of Gokul milk institute for the best Artificial inseminator in 2020 and Gajanan milk institute in 2021.I have made ayurvedic growth promoter for increasing milk and milk quality. It's results are mind blowing, and I have made ayurvedic growth promoter for increasing body weight of calves. I have all work experience in dairy farming just like milking with machine, fencing, cow heat management, artificial insemination, cow PD, cow delivery, bedding,calf raring, maintain milking records, labour records, feed records. I have done green house course of Maharashtra so , I can do harvest, fertilizer, spray and many tasks for many crops like napier, maze, wheat, rice, sugarcane, sesame, watermelon, mango, coconut, guava, custard apple, dragon fruit, beet root, potato, termeric, ginger and garlic. I have passed examination Indian institute of Banking and Finance so, I maintain all dairy farm records like milk, labour, feed.
