Network Planning, Router / Switch / Firewall Configuration. Leading Team of 8 L3 Engineers.

 Planning of MEN based TX network, 3G NW, Metro Ethernet Network. Plan & Approve CAPEX. Provide solution on MEN platform as per customer requirement Preparing various planning network design documents.  Ensure MEN NE visibility in Clarity and NMS.  Raise Network build Service Order. Followup with several teams to ensure completion of Project task from each team & ensure to close their assign task in Clarity Software.

● Accountable for all progress of the deliverables right from planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the progress of the project deliverables. Understand the customer requirement & get implement the NE equipment may be SDH, TDM and deliver data Project like Managed or Unmanaged L3VPN , Lease Line i.e(Local loop & NLD) & Internet product like(Internet Leased Port ,Internet LL) in coordination with Construction team, fiber team, planning team ,Sales team , NOC team, Provisioning team & customer.● Conduct project kick off call or meetings, timely communication of project progress and completion of project interim milestones.● Weekly Status Reporting and calls with project stakeholders & Resolve conflict of interests to benefit the project objectives.● Strive to move project from one phase to another until completion, driving force for the rest of the project stakeholders for their commitments & Timely escalation to avoid/mitigate project delays.● Work closely with the project team for any issue resolution and escalate timely with factsComplying with organization processes demanded from time to time.● Update all project artifacts with current information and intimate the respective stakeholders accordingly.● Conduct Process Reviews at regular intervals and participate in periodical auditsReview & be part of negotiation of the estimated project efforts provided by the vendors.● Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.● Fostered customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers fully utilize the value of our solutions and services. ● Direct the coordination of all implementation tasks involving third party vendors as well as provide consultation to clients on system implementation. ● Manage transition of client from Solutions Implementation to Client Support. Manage the development and maintenance of implementation portions of project.

Exceptional project planning, organization, and detail orientation skills.● Responsible for Handling Service Escalations & Interface between NOC team and customer.● Ensure Network uptime should be 100% .Arrange DG Set, Utility and Battery Backup in coordination with Contractor & Field Engineer● Responsible for Maintenance of Enterprise Customer applications like L3VPN, Leased Line, L2VLL, DIA (Direct internet), and PRI (Voice circuit) lines by Field Engineer within SLA.● Managed a team of to 5 field engineers, 20 contractors teams.● Worked on LL, NPLC, IPLC, Wi-Fi, serving through Wimax, Microwave, UBR, LMDS, DLC, Transport (SDH/PDH) Interfaces, MUX, Modems, TCPIP, and MPLS, Layer 2 & 3 VPN & Wi-Fi, Wimax, Interfaces, MUX, Modems, and TDM.● Preventive maintenance of Network element located in MAN & BAN room, Customer premises Co-ordination with the Deployment, Construction team.● Reduce repeat and chronic network issues & look for process improvements to achieve less MTTR, fault rate.Re-engineering of enterprise network designs to meet increasing customer demands.● Trouble shooting and problem resolution of elusive customer network difficulties, Ensure Preventive & Corrective Maintenance at sites as per NHQ guidelines.● Outages tracking & Control for equipment/sites/vendor wise and sharing with O&M head / business head & Training of Supervisors & Technicians to improve efficiency● Site visits for auditing the quality of work & Site Hygiene & SLA MIS analysis & improvements.

● Operation, Maintenance, Installation, Commissioning, Provisioning & Acceptance Testing of Access, Transmission & Microwave Products. ● Responsibilities/Achievements: Responsible for carrying out independently restructuring, Installation, Provisioning, Commissioning, Testing and Acceptance Testing, operation & maintenance for following Products.● DLC that includes Central Office Terminals (COT) & Remote Terminals (RT) working on SDT-Ring & Microwave link & E1 Link. ● Transmission Products: Acceptance Testing for Transmission Equipments, which includes○ TEJAS: TJ100 MC, MC1, MC4. LUCENT: AM1 & AM 1 plus, ADM4/1, ADM 16/1○ SIEMENS: SMA 1K, SMA 1K CP, SMA 4k. ECI XDM1000, XDM100, mSDM, m LAN, DWDM○ Microwave radio of Hughes Network System (HNS) operating at 26 GHz using LMDS i.e. PMP & P2P.● Responsible for planning of transmission & Access Product Site planning and procurement of Local installation & Integration of Network Element with help of NMS team.● Managing the Installation team members. ● Coordination with Planning team, Deployment team, construction team, Fiber team, Acquisition team.● Planning of new circuit with Geographical protection.● Breakdown maintenance activities get done from OSP team, Power team, and contractor team.● Proactively get done Preventive Maintenance in Maintenance window by taking Planned Event/ Planned Activity with the help of NMS, Power team, Fiber team, and Contractor team.● Good knowledge of Network back-haul technologies.● Delivery and Maintenance of Lease Line circuits.● Thorough working knowledge of Test and Measurement Equipment : ■ Digital Transmission Analyzer (SDH) : Agilent, Sunrise. ■ Optical Power Meter/ Optical Attenuator: Fotel, Anritsu.

In ITMC (INTERNATIONAL TRANSMISSION AND MAINTENANCE CENTRE)● Maintenance, Testing and Commissioning of IPLC, NPLC, Frame Relay and Internet Lease line , International voice circuits according to ITU-T standards set. ● Co-ordination with International and National carriers and customers to maintain the quality of the circuits to optimum level.● Regular updates of International Telecommunication standards to use it in various fields in order for proper utilization of available band width● Restoration of traffic in case of major failure in submarine cable system via alternate route at the earliest.● MODEM and Router configuration for Frame Relay and Internet circuits according to the needs of the customer.In SMW2/FLAG/SMW4 International submarine Cable Station (from 12th Jan 2005 to Sept 2005)● Co-ordination with International and National carriers and customers to maintain the quality of the circuits to optimum level. Knowledge of working principles of DACS (Digital Access Cross Connect) to enable fault tracing and fault correction● Support in Configuration and Installation of SDH, PDH, WDM and DWDM technologies and use of Multiplexers.● Operation and Maintenance of SLTE (submarine Line Terminating Equipments), MUXES (Nortel, Fibcom and Alcatel), ADMs (Add-Drop Multiplexers), DACS, PFEs (Power Feed Equipments), DCME (Digital circuit Multiplication Equipment) voice circuits. ● Use of Test equipments such as PFA-30/35, ANT-20E, ONT-20 for E1, DS3 and STM-1 electrical and optical signals and OTDR to identify fiber breaks and cuts.● Worked on Project SMW-4 submarine cable project as a Technical Supporter. ● Design of restoration & Migration plan of the FLAG cable streams via SMW-2 or SMW3 network using PDH/SDH conversion & vice versa for SMW-2.● Installation and Implementation of FLAG monitoring equipments enabling user level access for alarm monitoring and for maintenance activities using UNIX platform.
