o Weekly 5’s activities to improve workplace efficiency and productivity by creating a clean, organized, and safe work.o Physical Analysis of the PCB board & components of Engine control unit from Circuit design layout under test & after Test.o Environmental testing of Projects using Different Test like Free fall test (FFT), High temperature High Humidity test (HTHH), High Temperature Endurance Test (HTET), Thermal shock (TS) etc.o Solder joints evaluation, press fit pin evaluation and visual inspection of components under microscope.o Able to perform above tests on different project like Engine ECU, Starring control units (SCU), heater control units, etc.o Preparation of Test reports, checklists, utilization sheets, Calibration acceptance sheet etc.

o Testing of Raw materials & Finished products using HBLT, micrometer, vernier caliper, Depth gauge etc.o Testing of Physical properties of Raw balloon Tubing using Tensile Tester such as its elongation, Tensile strength, stress, strain, etc.o Trained QC hired personnel during a period of company expansion to ensure attention to detail and adherence to company.o Roles of QC approve of Material in the Store and preparation of COA (certificate of analysis).o Able to test Drug content and Drug release test on stent using HPLC and uv Spectrometer etc.

Quality control traninee as well as Production trainee. worked on cnc and vmc machine . used different mechanical tools to measure the dimensions of the finished product. some of the common instruments used are ball micrometer, digital blade micrometer, different gauges, vernier calliper, vernier height gauge etc
