 Brought onboard of the leading beer manufacturing company to support due diligence in a takeover bid by Diageo-UK; supervised IFRS & ERP implementation to streamline accounting as per international accounting standards Ensured fair negotiations and smooth takeover by Diageo; retained as General Manager (Oct 2010) to effect functional integration with.

Tanzania

This was the Financial Controller's role. Spearheaded the implementation of IFRS in 2010.Worked to set up the controls to prevent leakage of sales revenue. Worked with Diageo both pre and post acquisition and was actively involved in integration and change management as well as introduction of new ways of working.Worked on the setting up of the new route.

Visakhapatnam

 Joined the Indian MNC with a mandate to set-up an 100% EOU auto-ancillary (tractor component) plant at the SEZ; part of the 2-member greenfield- site team  Managed and facilitated comprehensive range of activities – liaise with SEZ for documentation and compliances, setting up banking and finance controls, accounting systems, recruiting and training.
