Dipakkumar grew up in Birmingham, England until his early adulthood, when he and his family left behind fish & chips for the deep dish pizza of Chicago. Also adding basketball, football, and cross-country driving to his love of soccer, music, and movies.Dipakkumar undertook post-graduate studies in Chicago, and then New Jersey, where he and his wife married and settled.They both currently enjoy living in East Tennessee at the foothills of the spectacular Smokey Mountain National Park. Whether captain of the company Tour de Cure cycling team, volunteering at local schools, or coaching soccer, staying active and engaged in the community is a core component integrated into their lives.Dipakkumar has over 10 years professional experience from feasibility studies through construction documents, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Formerly in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical, and Government Facilities & Infrastructure sectors, and now focused in Commerical/Residential New Construction & Remodel projects. He is progressing towards architectural registration.Dipakkumar's diverse experience is coupled with a high proficiency in CAD design, modeling, and document production with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD. Fluent in post-production, and cross platform documentation, he possess both the aptitidue and attitude to produce project work at a consistently high standard.His further progression interests lie in currently developing 3D-5D+ BIM project delivery integrating Revit, Navisworks, and Maximo.
